BOARD AND MANAGEMENT
Mr Murray graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) from the University of Cape Town, is a member of both the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants and the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Australia and New Zealand, is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and is an Oxford AMLP graduate.
He has held senior management positions for companies such as KPMG, Price Waterhouse, Bioclones, DRDGold Ltd, and Gold Road Resources. More recently, as Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director, he successfully delivered Gold Road Resources’ (ASX: GOR) Gruyere Project and has significant African experience through DRDGold.
Dr Quinton Hills (Managing Director)
Bachelor, Masters and Ph.D. of Geology/Earth Science
Quinton is a qualified geologist and minerals industry executive with 15 years experience in project generation, exploration and project development across a broad range of base, precious and tech metals in Australia, Botswana, Sweden and Finland.
Previously, Quinton has held senior management roles including CEO of Metalsearch Limited; Exploration Manager and Interim CEO of Avalon Minerals Limited; Exploration Manager of Meridian Minerals Limited; and Senior Geologist of Discovery Metals Limited.
Quinton has a PhD in Structural Geology and was responsible for the discovery of ~100 million tonnes of copper mineral resources at Boseto in north-western Botswana.
B.Eng, PhD Minerals Economics, FAusIMM
He has mining experience in bulk commodities, precious metals and copper. He has directly managed five major PFS and DFS studies and numerous scoping studies, which raised in excess of $500 million.
Eric has previously been a partner in Corporate Finance and the National Head of Mining for Deloitte.
B. Bus, Chartered Accountant, Chartered Company Secretary
Martin is a financial and corporate executive and has previously held senior positions at Anvil Mining Limited, a dual listed copper producer with its principal operations in the Democratic Republic of Congo, as well as PwC in London.
Martin has held CFO and Company Secretary positions for several ASX listed companies.

Christian has extensive experience in both public and private mining and exploration companies listed on the Australian and London Stock Exchanges. His career in corporate finance and investments in mining and exploration companies has stretched for more than 18 years. He is a qualified accountant.
(Consultant / Metallurgist – Botswana)
M.Sc in Minerals and Energy Economics, B.Eng in Metallurgy and Material Science Engineering
Modisana brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in mining. He has commenced greenfield projects and brought them to successful completion. He has worked for GeoFlux, Bateman (as a consultant metallurgist) and the Government of Botswana in the Ministry of Mines, Energy and Water Resources.
In the Botswana Ministry of Mines, Energy and Water Resources, he was responsible for, amongst other things, the formation of the Mineral State Company and the transfer of the mining assets to that Company. In that regard, he brings strong experience in mergers and acquisitions
